If you have never worked with a Psychologist or Coach before, making the first step is often the hardest. Here is some useful further information:
Session Duration: 60 minutes
Frequency: Sessions usually take place at the same time every week. However, it is always adapted to your preference and needs. It is quite common for clients to fluctuate over time in terms of session frequency, based on where they are at and their needs.
Availability: Weekdays in the daytime. In certain cases, evening appointments can be requested.
Languages: EN, LU, FR, DE, FA. I also speak CZ, ES in case it might help you to better express yourself.
Initial Phone Call: An opportunity where we can get to know each other, explore your situation and how we could work together.
Duration of cooperation: I usually work with clients over the long-term. Cooperation is open-ended and continues for as long as you feel you need/want sessions.
Virtual sessions take place via Zoom Video Call and are perfect for anyone who wants to access the support they want with greater flexibility, privacy, and no commute. Feel free to bring a nice cup of coffee or tea with you!
